Well Fred's Original post was on 9-12 , and it was earlier that week that Ed had his awful accident, its now been almost 8 weeks, any new news?
When can we expect the ole Blacksmith back?

I sure hope the man is coming along well. I'm sure his head is full of ideas he'll be wanting to start when he's healed up.

Here's the update on Ed. Spoke to him the other night and he's making real good progress. H's actually able to drive short distances now.
Physical therapy has concluded at his residence and he's able to get there himself. He's worked on a couple of projects and is playing solitare (good
for the reach). He can't really tolerate any weight such as lifting a plate up to the cupboard but is able to pull objects out of the fridge and brace
them against his body for a short distance. The therapists are impressed with his progress and he should be chiming in HERE very soon! SO get your orders
ready cause the more he creates the stronger he will be! I understand he had sme nice stuff all ready to post before the accident, too!
