It might be relatively easy to produce the stereo shots using two connected and slaved cameras (or coordinated finger work), but here are some more questions for you 3d mavens:
1) What do you do with the prints/files to make them a single 3D image? Do the special viewers display 2 slides or images simultaneously (as I think the Viewmaster did) or can you produce one of those weirdly colored images that you need special glasses for?
2) The glasses we were passed at the various Disney 3D movies were not the standard red-lens/blue-lens type I remeber from the 60s. IS this a different 3D technology or a diferent lens technology? Are the different types of viewing glasses interchangeable?
3) Some of the cameras shown can be separated by as much as 30 inches. What determines the separation of the cameras, and how do you determine the separation for an individual shot?
