Great pix! BTW-Fred! Are you familiar with Blackmore's Night? For those of you who don't, it is a band formed by Deep Purple's Ritchie Blackmore and his other half, Cassandra Night, with various musicians. They do all kinds of "renaissance" music, and dress up for the part as well. I discovered them by accident on Austin City Limits a while back, where they performed from a medieval castle, and ended up going to their site for more info. I got totally caught up in it! Even if you don't care for this type of music, it is mesmerizing to watch them perform--you feel like you have defiinitely stepped back in time!
I look forward to more of your pictures--they are inspiring!
